During the visit, the customer toured Qianwei’s production lines and gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s manufacturing processes, inklusive terminal stamping, plating, ledningsnätaggregat, and quality inspection systems. The Qianwei team also presented its integrated approach to engineering support, quality control, and automated production, highlighting the company’s ability to deliver stable quality and reliable large-scale supply.
The primary focus of the discussion was motorcycle wire harness applications. Both parties exchanged technical insights on terminal specifications, harness design requirements, durability standards, and quality expectations. The customer expressed strong interest in sourcing terminaler, wire harness assemblies, and terminal crimping machines from Qianwei and showed confidence in establishing a long-term cooperation.
In addition, the customer shared their future development plans, indicating that they are considering expansion into automotive wire harness projects as their business grows. Preliminary discussions were held regarding automotive requirements such as terminal reliability, material compliance, automation capability, and consistency in mass production, laying the groundwork for potential future collaboration.
