Fully automatic double-end terminal crimping machine (QW-2020)

Device Functions:

This machine supports two terminal options: either both ends are terminal-free (i.e., wire-cutting mode), or only one end is terminal-free. It is compatible with both horizontal and vertical molds, making it ideal for wire harness processing in automotive, home appliance, and industrial control industries.

Product Specifications:

1. Power supply: AC 220V/50Hz single-phase.
2. Production capacity: For products under 300mm in length, the output ranges from 2600-2700 pieces per hour (excluding visual inspection) eller 2200-2300 pieces per hour (including visual inspection), depending on the material type.
3. Processing range: 16-32 AWG.
4. Cut length: 25-9999 mm.
5. Peeling length: 0.1-5 mm at the front end, 0.1-15 mm at the rear end, and up to 10 mm for partial peeling.
6. Cutting precision: 0.2±02*L (length)
7. Air pressure: 5-6kg.

Machine Configuration:

1. The machine employs 8 sets of Mitsubishi/Hytronic servo motors from Japan, with linear motion control at both ends. Two sets of stepper motors (the motors for the final step of wire extraction and unwinding) are also included.
2. The pneumatic components, including cylinders and solenoid valves, are all manufactured by the German brand Festo.
3. The guide rails are THK (Japan), with lead screws from Taiwan Shangyin. The speed reducers are from Japan’s Shinboshi, and the sensors are from Omron and KIENSI.
4. The controller is made by Mitsubishi.
5. Fully computerized numerical control (CNC) for debugging the cutter size, peeling length, and end depth.
6. The crimping machine is a 2-ton servo terminal machine, featuring energy efficiency and quiet operation.
7. Pressure detection SMC
8. Dual-channel pressure monitoring for Japanese solenoid circuits (optional)
9. A wire release machine is delivered, inklusive 2 sets of molds.
10. Four-wheel wire feeding ensures precise length.
