Device Functions:

1. This machine can simultaneously terminal both ends with waterproof plugs inserted at both ends. Alternatively, it can terminal neither end simultaneously (i.e., wire cutting function), or terminal only one end at both front and rear ends with waterproof plugs inserted at only one end. It is universally applicable for both horizontal and vertical molds.

Machine Configuration:

1. The machine employs 9 sets of Mitsubishi servo motors from Japan, with linear motion at both ends. Two sets of stepper motors (the motors for the final step of wire extraction and wire placement) are also utilized.
2. All pneumatic components, including cylinders, solenoid valves, and air pipes, are manufactured by Japan's SMC brand.
3. The guide rails are from Taiwan's Shangyin brand, while the speed reducers are from Japan's Shinboshi, and the sensors are from Japan's Omron and Kins.
4. The controller is controlled by industrial computer.
5. Fully computerized numerical control (CNC) for debugging the cutter size, peeling length, and end depth.
6. The crimping machine is a 3-ton servo crimping machine, featuring energy efficiency and quiet operation.
