Recently, a Russian trading company visited Guangdong Qianwei Precision Connector Co., Ltd. for an on-site factory visit and business discussion. The visit focused on our strip terminals, with the customer looking for a reliable manufacturer capable of supplying terminals in bulk and maintaining consistent quality for ongoing orders.
During the visit, the customer toured Qianwei Precision’s production facilities and gained a closer look at our manufacturing processes, including precision metal stamping, terminal production, mold manufacturing, and quality inspection.
The customer paid particular attention to the production and quality control of strip terminals. Compared with loose terminals, strip terminals are supplied in a continuous carrier strip, making them suitable for automated crimping and high-volume wire harness production. Consistent terminal dimensions, material quality, and crimping performance are especially important for customers using automated processing equipment.
During the technical discussion, our team introduced the material options, terminal specifications, stamping process, plating options, and quality control procedures used for strip terminal production. The customer also discussed requirements related to terminal dimensions, wire compatibility, packaging, and bulk supply.
Following the factory visit and technical discussions, the Russian customer recognized Qianwei Precision’s manufacturing capabilities and product quality and placed a bulk purchase order for strip terminals.
